1400g milk
2000g low-fat quark / cream cheese stir into the mass

Operation:

First mix JANSEN Cheese Top (9022) with the milk. Then add the quark / cream cheese, if necessary also raisins can be added. Leave the mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes, then place it on the short-baked short crust pastry base and bake at about 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes in the oven.
