Description

Gelling powder for high surface gloss and creamy texture, baking and freezing stable, can be combined in many ways with all Jansen Confectionery Pastes

 

Basic recipe:

Premix well 20g of Cobagel RA with 300g of sugar. Boil 1l of water. After stir the powder mix into the hot, no longer boiling water.

Jansen fruit and flavor pastes can also be used instead of water.

Residual quantities can be stored and reused after a short boil.
