Basic recipe for a cheesecake:
Mix 460g Cheesecake Top, 460g whole milk, 660g fresh curd into a homogeneous mass. Let it rest for 5-10 min.
Pre-bake a shortcrust pastry base. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the ring and bake at 180°C for approx. 40-45min. until the surface is lightly browned.
If necessary, add fruit (cherries, apricots, etc.).
